This exceptional home has wow-factor throughout and is a fabulous destination for large families and groups of friends. In a rural location on the northern tip of Anglesey, it boasts gorgeous views of countryside, mountains and the Irish Sea, and a private hot tub for soaking in after energetic days exploring this scenic area.
The luxurious house is open plan on the ground floor, with a spectacular kitchen that features integrated appliances and a central island with white quartz worktops. The dining/sitting area has a TV with a DVD and a Wii, with seating arranged in front of the patio doors to make the most of the surrounding views. The lounge can be separated from the rest of the living area to create a cosy space in which you can snuggle in front of a bio-ethanol stove and another TV. Head up to the first floor and you’ll find four elegant bedrooms, all with lovely views. The master bedroom is king-sized and has its own balcony, a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a spa bath and separate shower. There are also two super-king-size bedrooms (twins on request) with en-suite shower rooms, and a double bedroom with a Juliet balcony, a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Half an acre of grounds include a large, flat lawn, three patio areas (including a covered rear veranda), a private hot tub and furniture for alfresco meals.
The house is 1 mile from Llanfechell, where you’ll find a convenience store, pub and café, while the picturesque seaside village of Cemaes Bay, 3 miles, offers more facilities, including an excellent fish and chip shop and a family-friendly beach. One of the best trout fishing lakes in Wales, Llyn Alaw, is 6 miles, and there’s an 18-hole golf club in Amlwch, 8.5 miles.
