Property code: OC-ANGMYN

A flawless blend of traditional and on-trend, this residence is ideal for a large family or multi-generational gathering. Four bedrooms, a fabulous open-plan living space and a separate peaceful sitting room provide the perfect setting for time together.

Don’t be fooled by the facade – this might look like a typical terraced house, but step inside and you’ll find a handsome holiday home full of modern must-haves. There’s charm in excess in the traditional sitting room where exposed beams, a feature stone fireplace and comfortable seating set the scene for quiet nights in. Double doors lead from here into a fabulously extended open-plan kitchen, dining and living room complete with high ceilings and oak and stone flooring. Velux windows and full-width bi-fold doors allow lots of light into this most companionable of spaces; share cooking duties, chat around the table or chill in front of the TV – the choice is yours. A handy utility room and shower room complete the convenience of the ground floor, while upstairs is a super-king-size bedroom with a feature window set in a high ceiling and en-suite shower room, three further bedrooms – a king-size and two with bunk beds (one set is suitable for children only) – and a family bathroom. Pretty window panels and stunning tilework are among the many design flourishes throughout, while outside there’s a pretty paved area to the front of the property and, at the rear, a patio garden with outdoor furniture and sea views.

The village of Mynytho offers spellbinding views of the Llyn Peninsula and St Tudwal’s Islands just offshore in Cardigan Bay. Get a closer view from beautiful Abersoch, 2 miles from your doorstep – with golden sandy beaches, internationally recognised sailing waters and an abundance of great shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars, there’s a welcoming atmosphere and something to do here all year round.

Lovely place, great location, nice kitchen/2nd lounge area, ideal when travelling with parents and my brood as each could do their own thing in the evening if they wanted. Had issue with bins being full when we arrived but was resolved after a couple of days.

Lovely little cottage, lots of space and access to some amazing parts of Wales. No pub in the village and one lovely shop but thats about it. The cottage is in need of a little tic but other than that a great time had by all.
