Take your family or a group of friends on a coastal retreat to this charming and homely townhouse in the heart of Tenby, Pembrokeshire. Spend your time away swimming in the sea, hiking along the shore or discovering the town’s history and attractions. Enjoy quality time with your loved ones in the sociable open-plan living area where you can watch a movie or play some games in the evenings.

Step inside this property on the row of colourful terraced houses and find yourself in the bright open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge. To one side of the room is a neat ‘L’-shaped farmhouse-style kitchen with wooden surface tops. Next to this are two comfortable sofas and an armchair and a dining table. Upstairs is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and three bedrooms – a double, single and bunk bedroom.

Start your day with a stroll around the harbour (less than 300 metres) and grab a coffee at one of the many cafes before stopping at Tenby North Beach (less than 500 metres) for a dip. Check out the art galleries and museums in the town and delve into the history of Tenby Castle (less than 0.5 miles), which sits on top of a hill with panoramic views of the coast. Don’t miss a visit to St Catherine’s Island (0,5 miles), which is accessible on foot during low tide. Further afield is Wales’ only walking safari, Manor Wildlife Park (3 miles) and Oakwood Theme Park (11 miles). Bring your hiking boots for day trips in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park along cliff tops and around secluded bays.

Cottage was spotless and exactly as described. No issues while we were there. The extra touches from the owners were greatly received and made settling in easier. Location was incredible and perfect for a young family.
