Property code: OC-CAMELL

This wonderful cottage, situated just 2 miles from Llanbedrog Beach, is an ideal hideaway for couples and small families to enjoy the beautiful Welsh coast and countryside. Sleeping two in a tranquil double bedroom but with sofa beds in the lounge for up to four more guests, this property is perfect for a range of guest types. Whether you’re happy relaxing on the patio or you’d rather get up and explore the 75 acres of grounds, this holiday home has plenty to keep you busy.

Step in from the enclosed porch straight into a beautiful open-plan living area, with vaulted ceilings, original wooden beams and roof windows that let in lots of light. Calming, neutral tones still make this a cosy place to relax in the evenings; curl up on the sofa with a good book or catch up on some TV. Sizzle up a BBQ on the patio and dine alfresco, taking in the fantastic views, before getting ready to head to bed. Wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day, but not before you cook up a storm for breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen.

Head off to one of the many beaches around you for the day; Porth Neigwl (6 miles) and Abersoch (4.5 miles) are always popular whatever the time of day. For the adrenaline junkies among you, Glasfryn Parc Activity Centre (10.5 miles) offers wakeboarding, segways and more to keep your blood pumping. For a more sedate afternoon, pop to the National Trust’s Plas yn Rhiw (7.5 miles) where you can stroll the pretty ornamental gardens or visit the inside of the manor house to see what life was like in the 17th century.
