Attention to detail, thoughtful design and panoramic views are what make this converted barn on the Llyn Peninsula, just 1 mile from the beach, somewhere that will hold a special place in your heart. Treat yourself and up to three more human guests plus two furry companions to a tranquil seaside getaway and enjoy quality time together in the rustic and coastal-themed open-plan living space with characterful features and relax in the garden while soaking up the sea views with a bottle of bubbly.

Enter the open-plan living space with a cathedral-style ceiling and find yourself surrounded by cool coastal tones, warming wooden features, soft and comfortable furnishings and bright natural light pouring in through the French doors. The lounge area has two plump sofas beneath a wooden beamed ceiling in front of a crackling wood burner and Smart TV. Move into the dining area to find a French chic table and chairs. The kitchen has plenty of floor space and bold feature walls which contrast with the rustic wooden shiplap ceiling. There are two bedrooms in this property – a large king-size bedroom with an en-suite entrance to the family bathroom plus a twin room with an en-suite. Outside is a patio with an enclosed lawn opposite, sea views, furniture and a private BBQ area.

Put on your walking boots and join the Llyn Coastal Path from your doorstep, which can take you to the sandy and secluded Porth Oer (1 mile), known as whistling sands – one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. You won’t be far from the quaint fishing village of Aberdaron (3 miles) for a spot of shopping and to taste the local cuisine. If you’re up for a challenge, the highest point on the Llyn Peninsula, Yr Eifl mountain range is 15 miles away.

Super place . Exceptional quality of everything. Its a long way from everywhere so bookers should be aware that facilities like pubs and shops are not round the corner. Its also remarkably windy most of the time be prepared . If you want peace and rest this is for you. Porth Porthor a must visit both for the beach and cafe. A really lovely house! It has been designed very well. The views is amazing! There is a folder of beach recommendations - that was extremely helpful, thank you. We've been going to Cornwall for our holiday breaks for many years, and this year we decided to change it up a bit and try somewhere new. Wales is a beautiful country. We want to come back!Read more! The cottage is in an absolutely stunning location and the cottage is well designed and equipped and very warm. Well positioned for exploration of the area. The enclosed paddock was well used by my two dogs who enjoyed playing and running around. Having said that the dogs had to be supervised in the general grounds as not entirely secured from thRead moree the other cottage sharing the ground. Just need to keep an eye on them if not secured in the paddock. All in all one to come back to! Hide

Large property with luxury bathroom, comfortable living, kitchen and dining areas. Lots of outdoor space only 35 minutes walk from Whistling sands beach/cafe. Nearest beach is not accessable due to private camp charges to walk through their land.

We loved the location of this beautiful spacious property, particularly as we enjoy walking the coastal paths. They were great around this area and so we didnt have to travel far for beautiful walks. We found it very comfortable (apart from the main mattress which could benefit from a good topper)
