Escape to a tranquil rural cottage that sleeps five in mid-Wales. Spend quality time together in the modern open-plan living space with a pop of bold colour and character throughout. After a long day exploring the coast and southern tip of Snowdonia National Park, where you’ll find mountains, charming towns and scenic picnic spots, dine alfresco in the garden while soaking up the countryside views.
Inside the living space is a vaulted ceiling with oak trusses above the modern and gloss corner kitchen. Next to this is a contemporary dining table and chairs to seat five for a special home-cooked meal together. Continue into the comfortable lounge with oak flooring where you can relax on one of the sofas or armchair and play games or watch a film with your loved ones. Also on the ground floor is a utility room, bathroom plus a large single bedroom. Two sets of stairs take you to a king-size bedroom at one end of the property and a landing with seating plus a bathroom and a king-size bedroom at the other end. Outside is a large garage plus a garden with seating.
During your stay down a country lane, the small town of Machynlleth is 3.5 miles away and offers a museum, shops and restaurants. The edge of Snowdonia National Park is just 5.5 miles away, from here you can discover Dolgoch Waterfall (19.5 miles), go for a swim in the Cregennan Lakes (27 miles) or reach heights of 893 metres at Cadair Idris (22 miles).
