Head north up the coast to explore Harlech Castle (7 miles) and then spend the rest of the day on the four miles of a pristine sandy beach with views of the Snowdonia Mountains. Alternatively, head inland to the National Trust South Snowdonia Nature Reserve (15.5 miles) for some walks or more strenuous hikes. The grass is maintained on a weekly basis.
