Unplug and unwind at this beautiful, light, and spacious cottage with immaculate interiors, a sweet courtyard to relax in at the end of the day, and special features, including a wine fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. It’s close to the nightlife, shops, and bay in Mumbles, perfect for a group getaway with friends or family.

The stunning Victorian mid-terrace has been lovingly renovated and you’ll find contemporary interiors right from the front door. Step into the stylish living room with comfy sofas, perfect for relaxing in front of the living flame effect electric fire and watching TV or playing games. The glossy kitchen/diner has wonderful extras, including an induction hob, coffee machine, ice machine, wine fridge and a special illuminated rock feature, as well as a dining table for four. Upstairs are the two stunning bedrooms, a king-size with an en-suite shower room and a twin (or super-king on request), and a family bathroom. Heading outside, there’s a small courtyard where you can sit with something chilled and mull over your evening plans.

Which could include a trip to one of the local bars, pubs, or restaurants, all less than 1 mile away. Mumbles is also home to a range of boutique shops if you fancy doing a spot of shopping while you’re away. Sweeping Swansea Bay and beach is less than 1 mile away, where you can wander when the tide’s out or take to the water on a paddleboard. Walk along the coastal path to see numerous beautiful bays. Langland Bay (1 mile by road, 2 on the coast path) is home to a fantastic seafood restaurant, get your caffeine fix at the cafe at Caswell Bay (3 miles), where you can book surfing and paddleboarding lessons too.

Fantastic house. Excellent location, and so well set up for a holiday. Great to have two bathrooms, the facilities were above what we normally see in a holiday let. It was the third time we have been to Mumbles and the only house we would stay in again.
