If you are fit and dont mind long walks up hills from and to the shops and dont need a beach with sand close by then the location is not too bad. The outside area is not really usable, sun only late in afternoon ,no sun loungers as no space. There are regular buses to Swansea but no information about times ect ect.

The cottage was as described. Warm and comfy. Well presented and clean. Plenty of seating and room for the four of us. The location, while not picturesque was close to good walks and a short drive to lots of other places.

Beautiful little house, very well maintained, spotlessly clean and very well equipped kitchen . Beds were so comfortable. Highly recommended

On arrival the cleanliness was sloppy, there was food debris in the kitchen drawers, rusty kitchen utensils, dust on the fridge and cobwebs in the lounge, this should have been spotless prior to arrival, I didn't make this known at the time as I really didn't want anyone in cleaning having after driven 9 hours. Property location is brilliant for MuRead morembles, Limeslade and Bracelet Bays. The spot allocated for parking which was meant to be at the rear of the property adjacent to the wall, someone else had parked there for the duration of our visit. This property is not a cosy cottage if this is what you're looking for, it is a fairly new build property with no character on a residential estate. Not happy also with the 'damage deposit', either pay 250 refundable if no damage, or 25 deposit waiver, the latter just feels as if it is a stealthy way to charge more as not everyone can afford the 250. Very nice new-build property, lacking those finishing touches to make it welcoming, quite messy and unloved, but overall a perfectly adequate base, lovely lounge, decent beds and clean bedding. Having a car is essential due to hills and distances but parking quite challenging, the local residents were unhappy with the house being a holiday home.

Set in a pleasant residential area. The actual property is of good quality but it is now shabby and needs some tlc. Large appliances work well, but shortcomings in crockery and glassware. The servicing is basic postage stamp sized towels, no toilet rolls, washing up or cleaning materials and certainly no welcome pack. All in all an acceptable but Read morebasic experience. Hide
