Lovely house and views. A few niggles but overall enjoyable. The option to pay a damage deposit rather than a non-refundable damage waiver should be a clear option at the booking stage.

Nicholaston is a lovely holiday cottage in a superb location overlooking the bay. A couple of minor issues but this did not detract from our holiday. The cottage is very clean and comfortable. Beautiful nearby beaches and cliff top walks. The Oxwich Bay Bistro is excellent for food & service. We would not hesitate to return.

This was a wonderful holiday. Nicholaston Cottage is spacious, airy and has amazing views. All bedrooms face the sea, and the view from the dining room and upper patio are stunning. We had a party of 6 adults, and it was lovely to have alunge to congregate in comfortably in the evening, but with ample space to spread out at different times of the Read moreday. The kitchen was well-equipped and a pleasure to cook in. The bathrooms are all high-spec and allow a touch of luxury to the stay. The garden is also lovely and even in February, we had some time int he sunshine on the patio. We also appreciated the table tennis table and the snooker. We loved it and are already planning our next visit - a wonderful place for us to spend time with our family. Hide

In the main we were very pleased with our holiday property. The standard of accommodation was excellent and the location was both stunning and convenient. However, the start of our holiday was marred by a mix up with the property keys. The keys were not left in the keysafe as they should have been and it took nearly 2 hours and several phone calls Read morebefore someone came and let us in. We were not given a proper apology for the mix-up with a series of excuses being presented to us instead. Wasnt very clean I had to clean kitchen on arrival as breadcrumbs under and around toaster, dirty fingerprints on cupboards, drips of food on cupboard doors, dust and dog hair in the corners. On previous visits it has been spotless so a little disappointed with that. Everything else was perfect though
