The stretch of coastline around Mumbles has some of Wales’s finest beaches. Just 1 mile away is Langland Bay, which is a real hotspot for surfers and water sports enthusiasts. It also boasts a great range of cafes and restaurants to refuel in after a day at the beach. From here, you can follow the rugged coast path to explore the hidden coves and tucked-away beaches of the Gower Peninsula. Enjoy a day out at Oystermouth Castle (300 metres), learning about Mumbles’ colourful history, or head to the bright lights of Swansea (4.5 miles) for a spot of retail therapy.
