This stunning holiday home is set in an elevated position with far-reaching sea views. The property sleeps six guests and is perfect for large families and groups of friends looking to explore Mumbles and the Gower Peninsula. You’ll be just 0.5 miles from the hustle and bustle of the village centre, and also within easy reach of Gower’s spectacular beaches, such as Langland and Caswell Bay (2 miles). After a busy day, spend memorable mealtimes on the terrace, looking out across Swansea Bay.

Enter the property via four steps. Once inside, discover a bright and spacious kitchen/diner, with an oak dining table for hosting dinner parties and ample worktop space for creating delicious feasts. There’s also a living area, with comfortable seats to relax on and chat whilst the dinner is being prepared. After dinner, retire to the cosy lounge to sink into the sofas and watch a film on the TV. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the four bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room. Completing this floor is the family bathroom. The property benefits from two outdoor areas. At ground level, there’s a patio with furniture leading to an enclosed lawn where children can play. Off the first floor is a beautiful suntrap terrace, with rattan furniture and breathtaking views.

Head down to the seafront, where you can follow the promenade into Mumbles (0.5 miles). Here, you’ll find an excellent selection of cafes and restaurants, along with a Victorian pier and cute boutiques and galleries. Embrace history with a visit to Oystermouth Castle (500 metres), with its medieval vaults, 14th-century graffiti art, and magnificent views over Swansea Bay. For a day at the beach, journey along the coast to the golden sands and turquoise waters of Langland Bay (1.5 miles).

How difficult parking is should be made clearer, though once inside the property is great. Heating needs more explanation as the bedrooms were cold. However kitchen extremely well appointed and views exceptional. With room to sleep 6 one key is not sufficient
