Property code: OC-HH1209

Sitting in a quiet location in Mumbles, this spacious house is close to the hubbub of the village yet provides a tranquil place to relax at the end of a fun-packed day and a separate living room where the kids can game and watch TV. With four bedrooms, two sitting rooms and a split-level garden, there’s plenty of space for a large group of friends or family.

This beautiful home from home has sweeping views across the rooftops to Swansea Bay and cool, calming interiors. It has two living areas: a smart lounge and somewhere to relax, with a TV; and an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you can cook and dine together, watch TV, listen to music, or play on the Sony PlayStation in the snug space. There’s also a handy utility room and a shower room on the ground floor. Three of the four bedrooms are on the first floor, a stylish king, a lovely double, and a funky bunk room, as well as the family bathroom. Bedroom four is on the second floor, a twin with built-in wardrobes and sloping ceilings. Relax in peace in the secluded split-level garden reached via the patio doors in the utility room.

Wander down the hill to vast Swansea Bay less than 500 metres away. A promenade runs alongside it which takes you to Swansea one way and the Mumbles the other, where you’ll be spoilt for choice for gorgeous boutique shops and excellent eateries to visit. There are heaps of pretty bays and beaches to visit nearby too. Limeslade (1.5 miles), Rotherslade (0.5 miles) and Langland (1 mile on the road or 2 along the coast) are all nearby, and there’s 3 miles of stunning sands at Rhossili beach (16 miles) with awe-inspiring views in every direction.

No lock on downstairs toilet Lots of dust under sofas (checked for toys as we took young children) but everywhere else was really clean Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and loved the games and books. Amazing location. It was our second time here and we are planning to come again

A lovely house. However prices seem to be so high now compared to all the previous years. It is a shame they have risen so much.
