Ticking a variety of boxes for any family-friendly stay, this home-from-home cottage provides an instantly inviting base in the Gower village of Port Eynon. You can leave the car behind when exploring this vibrant AONB peninsula, accessing a sandy beach mere metres away, plenty of country pubs within walking distance and a wide stretch of coastal path nearby, encompassing so many local viewpoints. The property itself is an undisturbed detached accommodation choice with an ample wrap-around garden, a fantastic place for any family of five guests to stay. One dog is also welcome to stay, and the walled garden offers a great secure place for your four-pawed pal to play.

With plenty of natural light and a calming neutral décor, you’re certain to feel instantly at home when stepping into this two-storey house. On the ground floor, a lovely living room with ample comfy seating, a wood burner and French doors offering access to the garden offers the very best place to spend your evenings. Continue through to the kitchen/diner next door for self-catering, stocking up on local goodies to prepare a delicious dinner or a late-night snack. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a handy laundry room and a downstairs shower room. A second family bathroom can be found just upstairs, alongside all three of the property’s bedrooms. The master is a delightful king-size bedroom with its own en-suite.

The picturesque village of Port Eynon is a real gem of Swansea Bay, complete with a small sandy beach (less than 500 metres) that families love. Gower is an AONB with exceptional dark skies, and Port Eynon boasts a fantastic destination for night-time star spotting - wander out and gaze up into the skies from the beautiful beach. The property is very nice & comfortable. Very well equipped & a stones throw away from The Ship Inn which serves excellent food but a little too expensive.

This property was by far the best equipped Self Catering holiday I/we have ever had. The house was cosy and comfortable with all needs met. Our dog felt safe and secure in the enclosed garden. The location in relation to the beach was great and also the local pub was really welcoming. Would definitely recommend! 10 out of 10!

Fantastic location! A really lovely house with a private drive and a garden. Bright and airy with what looks like brand new furniture in the sitting room. A well appointed kitchen and a separate utility room which was so useful. We had a wonderful holiday and very much hope to stay again in the future. I highly recommend this house.

This was a first class property which we would highly recommend. Ideally situated close to the dunes for walking the dog and close to the Ship Inn for excellent food. The cottage offered everything we wanted. Five stars without a doubt.
