For days where you feel like being active, the golf course and all-weather tennis courts are great for light exercise, whilst water sports like jet skiing, windsurfing and kayaking can provide more of a challenge. The Wales Coastal path can direct you to Caswell Bay (1 mile) and Pwlldu Bay (3 miles) to the west or the town of Mumbles (3 miles) to the east, where you will find Oystermouth Castle, the old lighthouse and more shops and eateries. Further afield are Afan Forest Park which is great for mountain biking (16 miles), and the Iron Age forts at Rhossili Bay (16 miles).
