This gorgeous holiday cottage sits in the heart of the beloved village of Mumbles, which is known as the gateway to the Gower Peninsula – a fabulous stretch of coastline. Offering attractive accommodation for up to five guests and two dogs, it is the ideal base for families wishing to explore the coast and embark on adventures together. With such close proximity to eateries, attractions and beautiful beaches, you won’t be short of things to do.
A warm welcome awaits. Step inside this Victorian mid-terraced property and embrace the home-from-home atmosphere. The living space is cleverly zoned but largely open-plan with a cosy lounge area that gives way to the dining space, both of which are minimalist and bright – adding to the spacious feel. Adjacent to this is the well-equipped, modern kitchen so you can effortlessly cater for your stay. Head upstairs to a split-level landing where you’ll find three bedrooms: a stylish double with interconnecting door to the second bedroom which houses a single bed, and finally a tranquil twin bedroom. The family bathroom is also on the first floor. Step outside to enjoy the private courtyard garden which is a delightfully sunny spot, ideal for hosting al fresco mealtimes on warm days.
Take your pick from several stunning beaches within easy reach: vibrant Mumbles Beach is less than a mile from your doorstep, whilst surfers and sea swimmers will want to head to Langland Beach or Rotherslade Beach, both 1 mile away. Caswell Bay is just 2 miles away and is popular with surfers and families, in part due to its excellent facilities as well as its beautiful sheltered spot. Further inland, Penllergaer Valley Woods (9 miles) is a magical location for a woodland walk with the entire family.
