Pop out of the cottage down the steps to the long promenade that traces the shoreline just across the road. Head left to explore the Mumbles’ and a fantastic range of pubs, cafes, shops, and restaurants, or walk right to get to the pier and carry on along the coast path. There are many picturesque bays and beaches to visit on the Gower peninsula, such as Limeslade (1 mile away), Rotherslade (1.5 miles) and Langland (2 miles) nearby. Or jump in the car and head to the stunning beaches along the coast, including Oxwich Bay (9.5 miles), which is a fantastic spot for water sports, and Rhossili (16 miles), perfect for lazy days spent sunbathing and swimming.
