Sleeping four, this is the perfect nest for small families and couples alike to explore the glorious Gower coastline. Park your car safely to the rear of the building and access the apartment by a flight of stairs taking you down to the first floor. The main living space takes on an open plan split-level layout and is a lovely space for everyone to be together in. The kitchen provides everything you will need to whip up home-cooked meals which can be enjoyed in the cosy dining area. Set down three steps, the living room is a lovely place to read books or snuggle up after your day’s explorations. From here open the double doors to discover the sea-facing balcony. There is a king-size bedroom complete with TV and a twin bedroom, a welcomed treat after long days out adventuring. Completing the accommodation is the family bathroom which has a walk in shower and a WC.

Grab your paddle board or kayak and explore the pretty coastline until your heart’s content. Wander along the promenade discovering cosy cafes and ‘Langland’s Brasserie’, a glass-fronted restaurant with a veranda. For more eateries, shops and ice cream parlours take the coastal path to Mumbles (1 mile). The larger town of Swansea (5.5 miles) is close by where you can arrange a walking tour of the town, visit the National Waterfront Museum or Plantasia Tropical Zoo.

Excellent location, with superb access to local beaches, brilliant views over Langland and Rotherslade bays. Nearby Mumbles has all that you need for bars, restaurants and shops. Capped off by lovely, homely accomodation.

We had a wonderful time here, enjoying the magnificent views, making good use of the balcony and relaxing in the very comfortable lounge area with its warm, cosy atmosphere. For anyone with mobility issues, the access via several fairly steep stairs would unfortunately be a serious problem, but other than that, I can only recommend this place for aRead morenyone wanting to unwind in a real beauty spot, but with easy access to city amenities. This is a wonderful flat, spotlessly clean, well equipped with the most amazing views from the kitchen/ diner, lounge, through the patio door and the main bedroom window. The Langland brasserie was great, fabulous walks, unspoilt coastal scenery, we saw seals and a fox around the bay. The surfside cafes are great. Any weather its great X

Perfectly located overlooking Langland Bay we woke up every morning to the sound of the sea in extremely comfortable beds.

Wonderful apartment with the most amazing views over Langland Bay Very well equipped and everything as you would expect from a holiday let. Excellent location for numerous activities, whether walking the nearby coastal paths or adventuring further afield to the Gower Peninsula or even enjoying the local beach or just taking in the breathtaking view. All in all the perfect holiday accommodation.

Property was ideally situated in Langlands Bay to take advantage of the sun. The view over the bay was perfect. It is a really nice property in good condition, just one or two very small niggles. Would recommend anyone to stay here as long as you can handle steps. The property is not the cheapest but is good value.

All scores were high except for the property information on your website, with regard to the number of steps for the only route from parking area to property access. Your information states 14 steps which is correct, but disregards a separate adjoining set of 7 more steps, which have to be negotiated for access and exit ! Issue with the toilet flush on last day of holiday. Managed to contact office before it closed Friday afternoon and soon afterwards received message to say member of maintenance team would be out shortly, no one turned up. However real problem occurred later in evening when elderly resident in flat below had to come up to say water was leaking intoRead more her flat. Phoned office and left answer machine message. Eventually found stopcock with aid of neighbour but then had no water for remainder of our stay. Left second answer machine message before we left on Saturday but no response to either. I classed this as an emergency as she had water within her light fittings so it would be good to get a response if the answer machine is monitored. Fortunately for us the problem occurred at the end of our holiday and we managed without water. I must say the elderly neighbour was a delight who at the age of 90 was more concerned for us even offing to make us cups of tea, but we took ourselves off for a breakfast elsewhere. Hide

The whole visit was totally impersonal. We used be able to collect the keys from the office. Then we had an issue with the remotes for the television which did not match the instruction booklet;: instead of phoning our local and formerly very friendly and efficient office just down the road, we got through to Norfolk. The response to our remote Read morecontrol dilemma was not reassuring. (As it was, my husband was able to sort out the remotes, using the one from the bedroom TV). We left early in the week, due to the bad weather and illness. There was no indication about how to leave the flat, so we tidied up as best as we could. We didnot get this information till the day before we should have left. Finally, your black logo on the window of the local office does not make you think of sea,sand and sunshine. Disappointing - we had been coming to this property for a number of years, but will have to think again. Hide
