This stylish top-floor apartment, in an incredible location overlooking the beach at Caswell Bay, has stunning views from the balcony and the floor to ceiling windows in the living room. With a double bedroom it makes an ideal base for a romantic coastal retreat or family beach holiday.

Step into the communal entrance hall and go up to the third floor, where you’ll find the apartment with comfy furnishings and relaxing decor. The large windows in the open-plan living space let in lots of light and there are amazing views from the comfy sofa and armchairs. There’s also a TV with DVD player, a video player, and a CD player, There’s everything you need to cook delicious meals in the kitchen and enjoy them at the dining table. The relaxing double bedroom has a large, fitted wardrobe, and there’s a contemporary shower room. Open the patio doors out to the balcony where you can sit and appreciate the awe-inspiring views of the bay.

Head across the car park and lawn to the private beach access to spend the day at the bay, just over 150 metres away, enjoying the sun and waves. Have a go at sea kayaking, paddleboarding or surfing, and pop to the kiosks right next to the beach for an ice cream or lunch. There are beautiful walks in both directions on the coast path. Secluded Brandy Cover is 1 mile away west and Mumbles village is 2.5 miles east, past pretty bays, including Langland (1.5 miles), which has another lovely beach and a great seafood restaurant. Ever popular Mumbles is home to numerous places to eat and drink out, as well as a mini train, crazy golf course and a super range of shops.

Fantastic location, the beach is lovely and the surrounding area. The apartment was smaller than expected and chairs took a lot of space. The view is beautiful.

We found the apartment to be cold and the heating barely adequate. This was slightly annoying as we did enquire when booking and were told it had central heating.

Prime site top-floor flat in an idyllic location. Good parking and security. Convenient bus service. We have stayed in this complex many times, and keep returning. The furnishings are just right, and it is not over decorated with ornaments etc.

This would be a good choice for the summer, the location and view combined together with use of the small balcony would make it ideal.

Lovely relaxing few days away in this lovely flat with its spectacular views of Caswell Bay. As a solo female traveller feeling safe is important and I felt completely safe with both the private gated parking and secure access to the property. Will definitely be back soon!

The owners of this flat have got so many decisions right. Streamlined adequate kitchen and bathroom. Minimal decoration. Very comfortable chairs and settee and bed. Nothing to dislike.
