This beautiful apartment overlooking Caswell Bay, with one large bedroom and a sofa bed, is perfect for a family seaside holiday. Spend your days relaxing on the bay, just over 150 metres away, exploring Mumbles and Swansea, and visiting the stunning beaches on Gower peninsula.

With warm decor and attractive furniture this holiday property makes an inviting home from home. Kick back and relax in the stylish lounge/diner where a wall of windows lets in heaps of light and provides panoramic sea views. Enjoy culinary creations cooked in the kitchen in the dining area with space for six to eat together. The kitchen may look compact but has a full-size fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine and tabletop dishwasher. The settee in the lounge is a sofa bed that can sleep two, so along with the large bedroom, which has twin beds and bunk beds, the apartment can accommodate six guests. The apartment also has a pretty shower room with step-in shower.

Pack your beach bag and wander to Caswell Bay, just over 150 metres away via the private path opposite the apartments. Sunbathe, build sandcastles, have a go at surfing or paddleboarding, and if you need refreshments there are kiosks and shops at the end of the bay. Explore the coast path, which takes you to Brandy Cove 1 mile away; only reachable on foot it tends to be quiet. Visit the Mumbles (2.5 miles) to go shopping, head out for a drinks or dinner, take the kids for a fun ride on the Swansea Bay Rider train or play crazy golf. Further afield, visit the stunning beaches on the peninsula. Oxwich Bay is great for water sports (9.5 miles) and Rhossili is known for its incredible beauty and 3 miles of golden sands (15 miles).
