A spacious holiday home, beautifully decorated, this property is perfect for group holidays and celebrations. This elegant home-from-home sits in a quiet setting close to the bustling village of Mumbles, a vibrant seaside town with a rich history. The town is also known as “the gateway to Gower”, an iconic stretch of the Welsh coastline boasting a diverse, dramatic landscape and large swathes of golden, sandy beaches.
Take your pick of two attractive lounge areas to relax in; the first is bright and cosy, with plenty of seating set around the TV and the second, also well furnished with lots of comfortable seating, offers direct access to the garden via French doors. The stylish dining room is dual-aspect and features French doors as well as access to the country-style kitchen. You’ll also find a utility room and shower room on the ground floor. Head upstairs to the bedrooms which consist of two doubles (one with an en-suite), two twin rooms (one with an en-suite), and the family bathroom. The established garden is a delightful space to spend time in; enjoy games on the lawn and al fresco dining on the patio.
The property offers an excellent base for those wishing to enjoy all the entertainment on offer within this beautiful part of South Wales. You’ll find yourselves just 150 metres from the beach and just as close to an array of vibrant pubs and welcoming eateries, all touting the fresh local fayre. Further afield, the bustling city of Swansea is a 3-mile drive, or for more outdoor activities, you can reach Langland Bay and Caswell Bay within 3.5 miles.
No electric car charging point at the property , There are public charging points across Swansea at the City owned car parks. The nearest to my property is in the car park for Clyne Valley (incorrectly referred to as Clyne Gardens Car park).
