Accessed via the patio doors in the living room, the balcony provides a calm space to sit and watch the sun go down.

Pack your beach bag and hit Caswell Bay, half a mile of golden sands just over 150 metres away via private access from the apartments. If you need a break from sunbathing (!) there are shops and cafes serving delicious ice creams and meals at one end. Go surfing, paddleboarding or sea kayaking in the bay or venture out to see why the local beaches win so many awards. Near to Worm’s Head, Rhossili has 3 miles of sand and is well worth the walk down to it. The Mumbles, with a fantastic range of shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants is 2.5 miles away by car or on the coastal path.

For us the location of this apartment is wonderful in overlooking Caswell Bay. We have clocked up three visits now and each year has been as relaxing as the last. We would not hesitate to recommend it.

The apartment was amazing. It was well equipped and a great view. The window through from the bedroom was great as you could see the sea. Very secure, using a fob to get through the gate and into the apartment block. Very quiet and private.

Excellent location and stunning views from a cozy apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately stay again. Great to enjoy the sun and views from the balcony.

I have stayed at this property twice now and everything is very good. I would just say I think the cleaner should double check the cups and plates and things that previous guests may have cleaned, I had to re-wash most items as they had been put in the cuboard dirty. It does not take away the fact the property is amazing and other areas were clean Read moreand tidy. It was probably just an oversight. I would defo stay here again. Hide

Scores say it all, just wish we didn't have to come back. Only point I would make is that it is a bit of an inconvenience having to take the key back to your office in the Mumbles when we were heading in the opposite direction.

We were overall delighted with everything, the only issue we experienced were non residents using the private carpark making it difficult to park on occasions, perhaps the security gate could be repaired!
