Situated half a mile from the Welsh coastal village of Tresaith, this detached holiday home is the perfect seaside retreat for a gathering of friends or family who will enjoy sea views, a private hot tub and plenty of space to relax and unwind in this wonderful home.

As you enter, shed your coats in the hallway before entering the spacious lounge. This inviting space is drenched in natural light, with dual-aspect windows that offer lovely views. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a large dining table for those sumptuous group meals. You’ll also find a convenient study space and a cloakroom on the ground floor. Head up the stairs to discover the beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. The master bedroom is a grand affair, featuring a super-king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The king-size room is complete with an en-suite shower room, while the double bedroom and twin room share a stylish family bathroom. At the front of the house, there’s a patio where you can start your day with a steaming cup of coffee, and the spacious lawn is perfect for children to play. The rear of the house features a decking area with outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and a BBQ for the ultimate outdoor experience. And if that’s not enough, indulge in the luxurious hot tub to make your stay unforgettable.

The local pub is 0.5 miles away, as is the sandy beach that’s perfect for a relaxing day out. Take a kayak out to sea, search for dolphins in the bay, or explore the rock pools for hidden treasures. To stretch your legs, admire the picturesque waterfall as you stroll along the Wales Coast Path. The seaside town of Aberporth is 2 miles away and home to a variety of shops, restaurants and a stunning beach that will take your breath away.

  • The hot tub is provided on site for guests' own pleasure. However, the owners reserve the right to shut down the hot tub at any time if essential maintenance is required, in which event, a single compensation payment of £100 will be made to the guests.

  • An electric car charger is provided on site for guests convenience, however the property owners cannot guarantee that the car charger will be operational or available 100% of the time due to 3rd party service outages and/or other situations beyond our control. In the event that the car charger is unavailable guests will need to make arrangements to charge their vehicles at alternative charging locations, a number of which are listed in the guest handbook. No refunds will be offered in the event that the car changer is not operational. Guests are reminded that the T&C's explicitly forbid the charging of EVs via a domestic charger at the property.

House was brilliant so clean and quirky ..it suited our family needs and more..the garden was a real sun trap..so quiet to sleep listening to the sound of the stream..absolutely beautiful place

You get exactly what you pay for here, great value and the hot tub was lush. The area is very nice and quiet so perfect for a getaway to relax. No issues whatsoever

We absolutely loved our stay here! Centrally located to many beaches, towns and other sight-seeing activities. The house was well equipped and clear instructions for any appliances. It was like home from home. The area was quiet even though there is a beach just a 15 minute walk away. We took our two dogs and there was plenty of walks straight Read morefrom the front door! Beautiful cottage, very well appointed and great furnishing and equipment. Bit of a walk on a very steep hill to the beach but worth it as the beach is lovely.

A perfect home from home, everything has been thought of to make the stay stress free and comfortable. Plenty of room for the 8 of us, immaculately clean and well furnished, and the hot tub was the added bonus! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for location, comfort, facilities and value for money.

The property was immaculately clean and well prepared for guests with welcome gifts. Everything very well thought out, particularly for dogs, which was a hugely welcomed approach. It is situated in an ideal location, not too far, (or too near) to the beach, making it an excellent base for walking the coastal path, and exploring the stunning coastRead moreline. The beach is outstanding, and the waterfall was awesome! Plenty of parking space for vehicles, and lovely garden to relax in, (particularly hearing the stream and the birds at night). The hot tub was an added luxury, and was very appreciated after our long hikes. All the bedrooms are comfortable and roomy, with 4 toilets which is absolutely ideal! We have had a wonderful week at Ty Nant. It is very close to the beach and the garden is very relaxing, listening to the water flowing below. When we first stepped in the door we were relaxed straight away. It has a calming, happy feel and it was so well equipped, comfy beds and lots of toilets, en suites and bathrooms. Ty Nant is a spacious and very comfortable house with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. It's a 10 minute walk to the pretty local beach (through the woods or down the quiet lane) and there are many lovely walks along the beautiful local coastline.
