Really comfortable well equipped cottage with two good sized bedrooms. In a brilliant location, close to the beach and the local shops. Off street parking which is a real bonus in this area.

We really like Langland corner cottage. This is our 3rd stay at the property. It is very comfortable and everything is well thought out. We love the upside down format, and in the recent heat having bedrooms downstairs was a godsend. We will be back next year.

We spent 4 nights at Langland Corner Lodge from 22nd to 26th June. The building coped well with the heat wave which we experienced whilst staying there and overall we had and enjoyable holiday. However, we did have some concerns about property. The main one was that the shower didn't function correctly. The shower head didn't sit into the cradle whRead moreich is supposed to hold it, there was a crack in the shower tray and the waste was blocked which meant the tray flooded. The general level of cleanliness was acceptable but we did have concerns about whether the bedding to the twin-bedded room had been changed as there small bits of debris were visible when we pulled back the duvet. We also felt that very little effort had been made to prepare the outside space for our arrival. The photographs on the website made it look very inviting but leaves and debris from the adjacent trees and the general condition of the decking made it less so. We only had one medium sized car which we carefully drove in and out of the driveway. Two cars, as suggested in the holiday information, would be very difficult to park. In terms of equipment , the property caters well for adults but less so for young children. For example, a high chair is provided but because of the configuration of the legs it is difficult to bring it up to the dining table. there is also no cutlery and limited crockery provided for young children. We had a lovely stay at the cottage which is situated in a great place for walking into the Mumbles or Langland bay. We enjoyed sitting in the open lounge area after days walking along the coast and the bedrooms were spacious and airy. The owners live next door and were very friendly and responsive. All in all we had a lovely holiday and would dRead moreefinitely stay there again if holidaying on the Gower. Hide
