On the first floor, two spacious bedrooms await, a king-size with 1 single bed, and a double bedroom with an additional single bed. These bedrooms are served by a stylish contemporary bathroom, complete with a corner bath. Step out onto the wooden sun deck to discover a lawn garden and a quaint picnic table. Relax on the garden furniture or soak in the hot tub as you watch the sunset over this beautiful rural idyll.

The cottage is 1 mile from the delightful Welsh town of Bala, where visitors can take a leisurely stroll, exploring its quaint shops and cafes, or head to the picturesque Bala Lake to enjoy water sports, including kayaking, sailing, and fishing. If you’re looking for adventure, head to the nearby National White Water Centre (5 miles), where you can take part in thrilling activities such as white water rafting and canyoning. For those interested in history and culture, the Bala Lake Railway offers a scenic journey through the countryside, passing through charming villages and offering breathtaking views of Snowdonia National Park along the way.

the location is second to none. View of the lake and the mountains, and the sunsets are to die for. Very comfortable with all that you need This is our second time here

Lovely, roomy and well equipped property in a fabulous position. Plenty of room for our party of 6 adults and three toddlers. Hot tub was an added bonus.

Great property, the hot tub is in great condition and is positioned well for great views. Decent mattresses!!!! Finally a rental property that has decent mattresses.

A lovely holiday home in a beautiful area with magnificent views! Huw met us on arrival and was very helpful and informative. The hot tub was lovely and a wonderful way to view the stars! A brilliant stay in an excellent holiday home, the peace and tranquillity were great!
