This welcoming and dog-friendly home is close to the coast path and within a mile of the beach and an ice-cream parlour. It’s ideal for couples or small families, who can relax in the garden or by the wood burner and enjoy lovely views of Mumbles Hill.

Set all on one level, this seaside property has been carefully designed for comfort and style. Step straight into the vaulted lounge and the contemporary wood burner will immediately catch your eye. Three sofas are arranged to make the most of its warming glow, with a Smart TV for whiling away a cosy night in. The kitchen/diner is another spacious room with plenty of natural light. Including all the equipment you’ll need to prepare holiday meals, it has a breakfast bar for three and an extending dining table with four chairs. At the far end you’ll also find a reading area with an armchair. Leading off this space are the bedrooms, a double and a twin, and the sleek shower room. There are enclosed and sunny outdoor areas at the front and back of the house, where you can enjoy alfresco dining.

The cottage is located in a quiet, residential setting in the popular area of Limeslade Bay. Head to the coast path for spectacular views of Swansea Bay, the South Gower coast and, on a clear day, across the Bristol Channel. The small, sandy beach at Rotherslade Bay is just 1 mile away, and many more of Gower’s famous beaches are easily reachable, including Pwll Du, 8 miles. Clyne Golf Club, one of the best courses in Wales, is 4 miles away and, for excellent shopping and a range of places to eat and drink, the popular seaside village of Mumbles is only 1.5 miles, while Swansea is just 6 miles.

Can only echo previous comments below. Tidy and clean, really enjoyed the out side sitting area in the evening with sun until 9pm. Good location for coastal walks and bus into Swansea. Disappointing sadly the mumbles pier and promenade area by the town closed for renovations work at present which spoilt a couple of walks but not the holiday.

A beautiful, well equipped bungalow in a perfect location to explore the Mumbles and beyond. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate in coming back.

Lovely 2 bedroom bungalow, well equipped and in a quiet area. The lounge in the extension was fabulous with the log burner on! Within walking distance of the nearest beach, but be prepared for hills.

This is a comfortable property, which is only a short walk away from the sea and in a good location for exploring the surrounding area. There are plenty of bays and beautiful beaches to visit. The parking outside the property is easy and convenient, and the enclosed garden was ideal for our dog.

My husband and I have just spent four days in your lovely cottage and would like to say, how beautifully it is presented and how comfortable and relaxing you have made it. We look forward to coming again perhaps later in the year.

The cottage was well equipped and lovely. The double bed was quite small although we understand the size of the room affects this. The settees in the living room were not very comfortable as they had low backs. Everything else was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. However the property did pop up on my Air BnB login for May at a much cheaper price!

All good really. The lounge extension was leagues above the rest of the property. The wood burner was fantastic.

Very comfortable property in a great location for The Mumbles and the coastal path

The cottage was perfectly situated for a walk to both Mumbles (15 minutes), and to Langland Bay (20minutes). The corner plot of the cottage offered privacy and a nice outside area. The cottage interior was really nicely furnished with lots of natural light. We loved our time here and would definitely like to return in the future.
