Offering a rustic and endlessly spacious interior with room for all the family, enjoy the true beauty of the magical Aberystwyth coastline and Ceredigion countryside at this stone-built getaway nestled peacefully on a beautiful farm with direct access to the nearby coastal path.

You won’t have to tear yourself away from your picturesque countryside surroundings for long as you hunker down in the sunroom to relax on the sofas perfectly placed to admire superb views across the rolling countryside. As the cooler evening air settles, fire up the roaring wood burner housed inside an exposed brickwork fireplace in the open-plan lounge/dining room and gather the gang for the ultimate games night around the dining table. Before bed, grab the local produce you’ve collected and rustle up a hearty meal in the spacious kitchen/diner to feed the crowd. As day turns to dusk, you’re spoilt for choice with one bedroom on the ground floor and a further four homely bedrooms on the first floor to call your own. Outside, enjoy watching the sunset over the hills from the comfort of the hot tub or dine alfresco on the patio whilst the children enjoy the large lawn, swing set and trampoline.

Home to some of the best local produce West Wales has to offer, Aberystwyth (4 miles) offers everything you’d expect to see in a seaside town; a cliff railway (5 miles), sandy beach, Victorian promenade and pier. Acquaint yourself with the area by exploring the splendid walking and cycling trails in and around the villages surrounding the nearby Cambrian Mountains, taking in the irresistible Welsh countryside along your journey. Hop aboard the Edwardian Vale of Rheidol Railway 4 miles away and travel through wide open fields, woodland and rugged mountain scenery to reach Devils Bridge (13 miles) and its breathtaking waterfalls.

Had a fantastic long weekend with my family at this property. Wonderful, welcoming place to stay; close to the sea, with stunning scenery and plenty of places to visit close by. Would recommend driving as the property is located down a country lane, but has plenty of parking. The cottage was as advertised, with plenty of room for a large family andRead more partners to stay without feeling cramped. Good value for money, would recommend staying and will be visiting again in the future! Hide

This is a beautiful house in a stunning, peaceful and idyllic location. It makes for an excellent base for a family holiday to explore Aberystwyth and the surrounding area. The hot tub is an excellent addition.

Beautiful cottage in perfect location with attractive grounds. Comfy beds, everything we needed was there. Loved that the bedrooms had varied number of beds to suit all. Stunning views from the coastal path behind the cottage. Spacious rooms, hot tub filters cleaned daily. Friendly and helpful hosts. Would love to return.

Wonderful house with fantastic views. Absolutely a great house for a large party of 7 adults and 5 children - plenty of room for everyone and a large table so we could all eat together in the kitchen. Hot tub was great although we had a couple of days when it struggled to get to temperature but the owner sorted immediately. Would definitely reRead morecommend. Hide

Really lovely place looking across the fields and valley, short walk to the beach behind the house. Hot tub was hot, bubbly and clean. Lots of places to find to chill if there's a large group of you.

We had a lovely weekend away. The location was perfect. Close to Aberystwyth to visit for the day, but far enough away to be completely immersed in the countryside. Normally when properties advertise that they are for large groups, there never seems to be enough room round the table, enough seating in the living areas or enough crockery/towels etc,Read more however Pengraigdraw had more than enough of these things making the weekend extremely comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus and the views were just amazing. A number of our group went on local walks from the cottage to the costal path which was not far away. We had an amazing time away and look forward to booking again in the near future and will be recommending to friends and family - thank you! Hide
