Set across four storeys, this detached dog friendly cottage is entirely spacious. On arrival, you’ll be greeted by three bedrooms, a family bathroom and a utility room laid out on the ground and lower ground floors. You’ll need to ascend a flight of stairs to reach the open-plan living space on the first floor. Benefiting from French doors with a balcony and ample skylights, this lounge/kitchen/diner offers a truly relaxing space in which to spend your time. Prepare delicious dinners for the whole group before curling up on a sofa and switching on the Smart TV. The final bedroom and its en-suite bathroom are just a few steps up from here. The accommodation offering is continued outside, stepping into a sprawling garden with a gas BBQ and a luxurious wood-fired hot tub.

A 2.5-mile trip leads to the coastal town of New Quay, a bustling hub on the Ceredigion coast. This delightful spot is ever-popular with visitors from all over, complete with sandy beaches, a harbour offering nature-spotting boat trips and a vibrant Marine Wildlife Centre. Having spent time on the water spotting dolphins and seals, any nature lover will adore a trip to the New Quay Honey Farm (1.5 miles), a fantastic family attraction with a bee exhibition, Meadery and a shop.

We had a fantastic week in Wales as two families with young children. The house is in a lovely secluded location, overlooking countryside - we had the added bonus of being surrounded by sheep with their lambs. House very clean and well stocked. We had a lovely relaxing stay with 6 adults and 1 dog, the accommodation was perfect, well equipped, clean, comfy with the added luxury of a sauna and hot tub. Cwm Hyfryd is a truly beautiful property with amazing views, we loved the walk straight from the property to the coastal path to Cwm Silio. There were eight of us staying here and we all thought the location was lovely. So quiet if you want a relaxing break but also things to do like the hot tub table tennis and bbq. There is also a pub within walking distance and local shop. The accommodation was also very clean with everything you need.We had a fantastic time.Thankyou so much

This is an amazing property. It has everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday and if you like peace and quiet then this is the place for you! The owners left a complimentary bag of goodies which was a very nice touch. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Outside there is the use of a hot tub, aRead more bag of logs was supplied and a shop not far away stocks more if needed. Table tennis was outside too which went down well with all of us, including the grandchildren! Lots of other outside toys for the kids supplied to use too. Cottage is well placed in glorious scenery and countryside but also close to New Quay beach and harbour (really pretty) and coastal footpath. Best holiday home weve stayed in. (Were on number 10) The photos cant possibly do justice to the gorgeous countryside in which the property is set. Lovely, spacious cottage, great location, handy for the Wales Coast Path. Very peaceful, no traffic noise, no noisy neighbours. Owners very friendly, very helpful and responded immediately to any problems that arose.
