The friendly seaside town of Criccieth is less than a mile from the property, and has shops, restaurants and sheltered, sand-and-shingle beach. Venture onto the coastal path for sparkling views out to sea and potential sightings of dolphins and porpoises, or head to Portmeirion, 8 miles, for its enchanting, Italian-style architecture and sub-tropical gardens. Nine miles to the east lies the Snowdonia National Park, while the Llyn Peninsula is directly to your west, with its variety of beautiful beaches, bays, clifftop walks and heritage sites.
