We had a lovely holiday based in Overton. The bungalow was spacious, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The garden was lovely (big and secluded). We especially enjoyed the easy access to the costal path and to Port Eynon. We recommend the eggs and honey available from one of the neighbours!

Lovely property in a quiet location just outside Port Eynon. The property decor is very neutral and calming with lots of space inside and out to sit and enjoy. The outdoor space was ideal with seating areas to make the most of the good weather at all times of the day. Great location with footpaths going from just outside the property in many differRead moreent directions. Despite being there for the week we only used the car twice. Hide

This property is beautifully situated in a stunning setting near the coast, with walking paths and quiet roads everywhere nearby. Overton is a lovely tiny peaceful hamlet, and Port Eynon also extremely pretty, in convenient walking distance, with at least one pub serving food and local beers. The house itself is beautifully presented, well-maintainRead moreed, and for those with children, mercifully almost entirely free of clutter. The furniture, likewise for those with children, is exceptionally sturdy, and the layout astonishingly convenient with everything on the one level (not wheelchair accessible but quite accessible otherwise) and in close proximity but with doors between rooms and areas so that noise and cooking smells are well contained. The garden is stunning, and again, entirely secure (front and back), a bonus for those with children. A thoughtful hamper was provided with milk, bread, etc., which is nice as shops are relatively far away. We would absolutely return. Hide

This is a lovely bungalow, well furnished and comfortable and the garden is beautifully maintained and has lots of interest. Access is very good for those with mobility difficulties. For the more adventurous it is an easy walk across footpaths down to Port Eynon beach where there is a good chip shop and cafe. The owners are very friendly and responRead mored quickly to any queries you may have. It was a difficult week in terms of weather for a family beach holiday but there is still a lot to do in the area such as Gower Heritage Centre, Plantasia in Swansea was wonderful (there is also an indoor climbing wall opposite Plantasia); Mumbles Pier is fun. Murmur Y Llanw is well placed for footpaths. Hide
