Located in a quiet area, the house is less than 0.5 miles from a safe, sandy beach, one of several which extend in an arc around New Quay’s sheltered bay. Take a boat trip and spot bottlenose dolphins; try kayaking, paddleboarding and sailing at the water sports centre; or set out on foot for an exhilarating hike, returning to town to explore its choice of places to eat and drink.

Wow this cottage is stunning! The layout is perfect and the views from the back of the property are stunning. The back garden is a hidden gem and the house is fully equipped with everything you need and is effectively a home form home. Short walk into the vibrant town of New Quay and the beach is accessible via the holiday park about a 10 miRead morenute walk and you are on a clean beach that is not overcrowded. The cottage dates back to 1839 and has character though everything has been tastefully modernised. Would I go back - yes in a heartbeat. Hide

Our 4th stay at Belvedere and every time we go we love it more. Ideal location, very cosy and always clean and fresh. Comfy beds and well-stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Even during the heatwave there was a lovely breeze with the back door open and the stone flooring was perfect for keeping our fluffy boy cool!! Theres so much to see and exploRead morere and its a great base for doing that. Gorgeous sandy beach just a short walk away too. We celebrated a special birthday this time and made amazing memories. Thanks to Lisa and Mark for this treasure. We will be back! Hide

The house is lovely, well furnished, all mod cons, I have no criticism. The only down side is the walk into New Quay is along a busy, narrow road so we tended to use the car.

What a lovely house, views from rear bedrooms amazing and the games room a great touch and was used daily. House was very clean and a lovely touch on arrival with a pint of milk Welsh cakes and bread thank you. Location was a 20 minute dog walk to the harbour wall down the road or 25 minute walk if walking along the beach access through the caRead moreravan park but you would need a low tide for this. The beach takes 10 minutes to get to through the caravan park. We saw dolphins in the harbour and bay every day, just 20m of either harbour walls but the tide needs to be in. Would recommend staying at this cottage again. Hide

Belvedere is a fine old house in a lovely part of Wales. With views at the back overlooking Cardigan bay and New key harbour (a short walk from the house). The rooms and beds are comfortable and spacious. We had a small issue with the heating when we first arrived but this was quickly resolved. The games room in the garden is great for rainy days Read moreor evenings. Hide
