There’s no end of things to do in beautiful Conwy, one of Britain’s best-preserved medieval towns. Walk its encircling walls then meander through narrow cobbled streets to explore ancient buildings and a medieval castle, as well as a vibrant selection of cafes, restaurants and bars. Spend the day on dog-friendly Conwy Morfa beach (1 mile), a large, sandy bay with stunning views, or book a boat trip up the river or out into the bay. The seaside town of Llandudno is just 4.5 miles, and Bodnant Garden is 5.5 miles.
