Prepare for a big family trip to the traditional seaside town of Tenby. Situated on the Welsh coast, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind between seaside adventures. A Victorian-era cottage filled with charm, this property boasts all the modern accessories you’ll need plus a few original features that honour the building’s past, all of which create a warm and welcoming space.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy lounge with a gas fire that’s perfect for evenings spent playing games or watching films, and a dining room that also has a gas fire for atmospheric dinners together. The dining room boasts a stone floor, stylish furniture and a fantastic feature fireplace. The lovely kitchen has a coffee machine, while the light and bright sunroom is just the place to share a drink. As you move up to the first floor you’ll discover three bedrooms, all comfortable and simply decorated, which between them offer a king bed, a double, and a bunkbed. On the second floor there’s an attic bedroom with a twin set, vaulted ceiling and two skylights. Head outside to discover a BBQ in the spacious garden, complete with sofas and an outdoor dining table for sitting out on warm summer evenings.
Everything in Tenby is conveniently located and accessible from the cottage. You’ll be 0.5 miles from the nearest beach, Tenby South Beach, and 0.5 miles from the castle and harbour too. The town is full of wonderful eateries if you fancy a meal out during your stay. From the harbour you can catch boats to nearby islands, and you may be able to spot seals and puffins during these sea tours. Alternatively, drive 2.5 miles to Trefloyne Golf Course to play a round, and if you’re not an avid golfer, there’s a nearby business which hires out quad bikes. If you’re keen to get out on the water, you’ll find plenty of places to borrow equipment and take lessons to complete your fun-filled holiday.
