Take your family and four-legged friends for a stay at this lovely holiday retreat and enjoy a fun-filled trip to Wales. This charming bungalow can comfortably house four people and two dogs, and is in a rural location with lots of fascinating history and interesting walks. Escape on a wonderful holiday to this beautiful cottage in Pembrokeshire.

Inside the property you’ll find a lounge warmed by an electric fire, next to a conservatory with a view of the garden that’s the perfect place for unwinding with a good book. These two rooms are connected by glass, sliding doors so natural light floods in. Next is the kitchen/dining room, with a table that extends to create extra space. Carry on to the bathroom where a walk-in shower offers the chance to rinse off after days in the sea. Finally, check out the two lovely bedrooms. One is a double, the other a twin, and both are simply decorated and delightfully comfortable. You can enjoy meals outside on the patio table while the dogs frolic on the lawn, and the garden is enclosed with a high fence for your privacy and security.

Trevaughan is a 0.5-mile walk from the centre of Whitland, where you’ll find pubs, shops and places to eat. Alternatively, you could explore the seaside town of Saundersfoot, 9.5 miles, which has a lovely sandy beach and businesses which offer water sports equipment to buy or rent. Animal lovers will have a wonderful time at Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, or you could visit some of the nearby castles for local legends. You’re 11 miles from Llawhaden Castle, which was built in the 13th century by bishops, or travel 23 miles to Wolf’s Castle to hear about the last Welsh wolf.

A lovely bungalow, perfect for a get away over the festive period. The kitchen is a decent size so cooking our Christmas dinner with lots of space was handy. The conservatory is lovely but due to us visiting in December we didn't use it but a great bonus if you go in the Summer The beds are very comfortable and whole bungalow lovely and cosy WeRead more have a young Springer Spaniel so needs lots of exercise. Multiply dog friendly beaches, all within 30 minute drive available from the cottage so we were able to visit a different beach each day! Hide

We had a great stay at Brevyn. Its perfectly placed for the Pembrokeshire coast, just 20 minutes drive to the beautiful towns and beaches of Tenby and Saundersfoot. There are also a couple of good pubs in Whitland within walking distance. The bungalow itself was clean and extremely well equipped; we mostly ate out but could easily have cooked in ifRead more we wanted. Quality of Internet service was very good. Bike storage was also really helpful, my husband is desperate to come back and do the CARTEN100! Well definitely be returning to explore more of this stunning area, thank you! Hide
