Located on a 150-acre organic farm, this tranquil detached farmhouse is the ideal destination for large families and groups of friends. Get out and about in the beautiful Brecon Beacons before returning to the cottage’s hot tub, games room and cosy lounge.

The three-storey cottage is warm and welcoming, with plenty of space for everyone to socialise or spread out. The lounge has timber flooring and characterful beamed ceilings, and boasts two open fires, two smart TVs and comfortable sofas, as well as an antique desk in case you need to catch up on emails. A wide opening leads through to the kitchen/diner, with traditional-style cupboards and a wooden dining table. In the conservatory you’ll find inviting seating with spectacular views across the farm and fields, and there’s also a wet-room shower on this floor. On the first floor you’ll find four bedrooms - a king-size, two doubles and a twin - all with Smart TVs. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other three share a family bathroom. In the low-beamed attic room on the second floor, accessed via a narrow, steep staircase, there’s a fabulous games room, and outside there are yet more delights, in the form of a rear patio with gorgeous views that boasts hot tub, BBQ and fire pit.

From the cottage you can enjoy walks and bike rides through beautiful countryside, as well as fishing rights on the local river. For a pub, shops and petrol stations, head to Sennybridge, 4.5 miles, or Brecon, 13 miles, a historic market town where you’ll find a variety of independent shops and places to eat as well as delightful Georgian architecture and a magnificent cathedral. Outdoor activities in the national park include water sports, horse riding and some of the best mountain biking in Europe.

A beautiful farm house on a working farm. Owners very friendly and helpful. Peaceful surroundings, a wonderful view to have early morning coffee or evening wine. Big enough for 8 people. Walks on the doorstep. Definitely recommend, would love to revisit.

Fabulous farmhouse with stunning views in an idyllic setting. So nice to be able to walk from the door and the farm had mountain bikes to hire. We had amazing weather but the games room in the farmhouse is a great idea and we would have made more use of this if the weather had been poor. The whole Davies family made us feel very welcome - thank you

Lovely accommodation, well equipped and maintained. Beds were super comfy, as was all furniture. Lovely to wake up to the sheep bleeding and to be able to watch them whilst relaxing in the extension.
