The two attractive bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, have plenty of storage and there’s a contemporary family bathroom too. Outside is a spacious fenced-off garden everyone can enjoy. Light up the BBQ for dinner al fresco while your furry friends and the children play safely.

Head to Welshpool (13 miles) to explore Powis Castle and Garden, Glansevern Hall, and Powysland Museum. Great location for us to explore most of Wales. The cottage had all we needed. The owner came by shortly after we arrived and was lovely to chat to. Lots of info and leaflets in the cottage. Beds comfy and plenty of DVDs and games for a chilled evening.
