This stunning holiday home overlooks the golden sands of Langland Bay and enjoys panoramic sea and coastal views from its balcony. Sleeping four guests, the property suits couples and small families. The apartment sits behind the bay’s iconic green beach huts and palm trees, meaning you have easy access to the beach. The bustling seaside resort of Mumbles is just 1 mile from the property.

The top floor, duplex apartment is reached via a staircase and has been beautifully decorated to reflect the surrounding seascape. The bright and airy lounge looks out over the bay and has a homely feel, with comfortable sofas, houseplants, and a Smart TV. There’s also a breakfast table with bar chairs for informal dining next to the window. The kitchen/diner is equipped with everything you need to cater for the group, and has a dining table to seat everyone. Upstairs, discover an elegant king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom that can be made up into a super-king-size on request. A spacious bathroom completes the accommodation. Off the lounge is a relaxing balcony where you can take in your spectacular surroundings over a glass of wine.

Beautiful Langland Bay boasts a gorgeous, sandy beach and has excellent conditions for bathing, as well as a whole host of water sports. Enjoy long, lazy days on the beach, followed by a bite to eat in one of the cute cafes and a sunset stroll along the promenade. There are also some fabulous, longer walks branching away from the bay, taking you to the neighbouring beaches of Caswell Bay and Limeslade Bay. The pretty, seaside village of Mumbles, with its Victorian Pier, medieval castle, seafood restaurants, and independent shops is just 1 mile away.

Very clean apartment. Everything in good working order. Lots of little extra touches provided. The location and view is second to none. Near to a fantastic variety of eateries at various prices. We would have appreciated a first floor loo. The parking spaces provided posed a challenge depending on where other cars in the car park were. An absolutely fabulous appartment. Spotlessly clean upon arrival. Super well equipped. Great views of Langland Bay. Perfect base for exploring / walking the coastline. I would definitely recommend this property to friends.

Perfect location for relaxation. Comfortable, well furnished and clean. We had a wonderful week staying in this lovely apartment and would highly recommend.

The property is situated in the perfect position to walk the coastal path in both directions. You find yourself sitting as the breakfast table watching the swimmers and paddle boarders. Great place to watch the sunsets too. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. The beds are comfy and at the front you hear the lap of the waves and at the Read moreback you can hear a barn owl at night. There is no noise like at some seafronts, it is a friendly relaxing bay with a restaurant and a beach cafe. The beach is sandy for kids to play on and the sea calm in the bay to swim in. We would love to visit again, Langland has a charm of it's own and this apartment is in the perfect position to enjoy that. As you have 2 designated parking spots parking was never a problem. You are so close to the beach you can walk there in under 5 mins. Hide

A very spacious, comfortable apartment excellently situated in an underrated but lovely part of Wales. Being three floors up the stairs might be too much for some but we felt the views made the small effort absolutely worth while.

A memorable week was spent at this exceptionally comfortable and well equipped apartment with wonderful views.
