This stunning holiday home overlooks the golden sands of Langland Bay and enjoys panoramic sea and coastal views from its balcony. Sleeping four guests, the property suits couples and small families. The apartment sits behind the bay’s iconic green beach huts and palm trees, meaning you have easy access to the beach. The bustling seaside resort of Mumbles is just 1 mile from the property.

The top floor, duplex apartment is reached via a staircase and has been beautifully decorated to reflect the surrounding seascape. The bright and airy lounge looks out over the bay and has a homely feel, with comfortable sofas, houseplants, and a Smart TV. There’s also a breakfast table with bar chairs for informal dining next to the window. The kitchen/diner is equipped with everything you need to cater for the group, and has a dining table to seat everyone. Upstairs, discover an elegant king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom that can be made up into a super-king-size on request. A spacious bathroom completes the accommodation. Off the lounge is a relaxing balcony where you can take in your spectacular surroundings over a glass of wine.

Beautiful Langland Bay boasts a gorgeous, sandy beach and has excellent conditions for bathing, as well as a whole host of water sports. Enjoy long, lazy days on the beach, followed by a bite to eat in one of the cute cafes and a sunset stroll along the promenade. There are also some fabulous, longer walks branching away from the bay, taking you to the neighbouring beaches of Caswell Bay and Limeslade Bay. The pretty, seaside village of Mumbles, with its Victorian Pier, medieval castle, seafood restaurants, and independent shops is just 1 mile away.

Climbing up 2 flights of stairs with cases after a 4 hour drive was worth every puff and gasp, the view is spectacular, forget the TV just look out of the windows. Really comfortable base, ideal for a walk on the cliff path or beach, close to town but no "passing traffic". Little things showed the owners cared, plenty of games and films, really inRead moreteresting book on the Gower on the table and a comprehensive guide to all that's needed for a really comfortable happy stay. Very comfortable and well equipped. Good postion. Be aware that it is on the top floor with no lift access.Plenty of lovely walks and a great place to stay for a relaxing break.
