Step inside and be greeted by a bright, welcoming open plan kitchen/dining/living area boasting floor to ceiling windows spoiling you with splendid sea views. Enjoy whipping up romantic home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen and serve a candlelit meal at the dining table. Move outdoors onto the balcony and soak up the views with your morning coffee or turn all your meals alfresco. Relax on the sofas with the doors wide open and listen to the sounds of beach life below. You are promised a comfortable night in the cosy double bedroom, a well-deserved treat at the end of an adventurous day. Here you will find a sunbed which can be moved onto the balcony for some private sunbathing. Wash off the sand in the bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and WC.

Langland Bay is a wonderful spot for a holiday, known for its scenic coastline and palmy beach. Mumbles (1 mile) is an easy walk from the apartment where you will find ice cream parlours and eateries, and a real ale trail called the ‘Mumbles Mile’ which hosts an array of waterfront pubs. For some history, hunt out the traditional pier, historic Oystermouth Castle dating back to the 12th century, and Mumbles Lighthouse. For slower days, try a round of golf on the local course.

A lovely flat, lovely location. Just a few niggles:- Paint flaking fall over the balcony- not swept up, its pretty much the first thing you see when you enter. No headboard on the bed - impossible to sit in bed and read a book. We were only there 2 nights but if any longer this would have really been irritating. No hand soap in the bathroom.
