Beautifully appointed to be in keeping with the property’s heritage, the property boasts a bold and stylish colour scheme that complements its contemporary soft furnishings and original features. The ground floor is dominated by a bright kitchen/diner loaded with comfortable seating, tech and culinary equipment, with a utility room standing to the side. A quirky family bathroom on the first floor is a great place to enjoy a relaxing soak or rejuvenating shower. The living room on the second floor is equally inviting, with much of the activity bound to be centred around its comfortable sofas and 65in smart TV, while a twin bedroom stands nearby. Two plush king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite, await you on the third floor. All three bedrooms have 50in smart TVs, the perfect excuse for a long lie-in. Lovely and very well appointed property. Quiet location. Parking is difficult close to the property but that's true of many in Aber. You won't regret choosing this one.

We all really enjoyed the property. Two adults, teenager and two younger kids. Loads of space, good for doing things together and also allowing individual time. convenient for the town and the beach.

Fantastic property, great location. Beautifully decorated and furnished and plenty of room for a family of five including three big teenagers! We had a wonderful week's stay, loved the central location of the house and would highly recommend.

Spectacular property and probably the nicest one that I have stayed at over the last 10 years. The location is excellent and quiet. The house was absolutely beautiful and a wonderful place to relax after a day out exploring Aberystwyth.
