Find the entrance down a flight of 39 stairs leading to the ground floor and be welcomed by a beautifully decorated and elegant apartment. The kitchen/dining area is a lovely place to prepare and entertain with home-cooked meals around the lovely big dining table. Open the bi-fold doors and enjoy morning coffees and evening drinks on the terrace with views out to sea. The large lounge offers a relaxing place to sit with its sophisticated decor, baby grand piano, TV and comfortable furniture to kick back on. For a good night’s sleep, pick from the super-king bedroom with double doors to the terrace, or the cosy twin room, both of which share the family bathroom. Outside, spend sunny mornings on the shared lawned garden bordered with pretty plants and shrubs and discover the path that leads you to the sandy beach.

Mosey along the Langland Bay Promenade backed by traditional beach huts, cafes, limestone cliffs, tennis courts and a golf course. Take on water sports from surfing to jet skiing, or explore the Gower coastline by foot discovering the scenic beaches of Caswell Beach (1 mile) and Rotherslade Bay (0.5 miles). The coastal towns of Mumbles (1 mile) and Swansea (5.5 miles) are within easy reach and offer up a large array of eateries, boutiques and attractions to explore.

This is a classy property in the most desirable location imaginable, with views to the sea across a garden boating palm trees. The owner responds promptly to queries and genuinely wishes visitors to enjoy their stay. With wonderful walks in the Wales Coast Path and sea dips morning and evening we couldn't have had a better holiday.

This property was stunning, clean, and is located in an amazing location! The views are spectacular, and the property is so quaint and cozy. The views from every room make you feel right on the water, even hearing the waves faintly at night. And you can also enjoy a tea, or lunch, on the outside patio. The best holiday let in Mumbles. A beautiful apartment in a perfect location. It's not for those with limited mobiity because of having to go down the stairs from the car park, but once you're there it's superb. You can just sit on the patio with a drink and watch the sea, it's blissful.

Our second stay at this lovely apartment my family and I loved it. We will hopefully come again. Large amount of steps a challenge for me as Im 81! But exercise is good and worth the decent!

We have a week in the Gower most summers, and Langland is one of our favourite destinations. This flat is the perfect place to stay for a family of four - you couldn't get much closer to the beach! Quirky decor, with high Victorian ceilings and big bedrooms. The swivel chair in the living room was a favourite spot for reading. A wonderful apartment with a great host and everything you could need for the perfect stay. The location is fantastic just a 2 minute walk from the beach with a great cafe and lovely restaurant. There is a really great coastal path at the end of the garden that goes to Mumbles and the nearby beaches, and Mumbles is only a 2 minute drive or 20 minuRead morete walk away if you go inland. Absolutely glorious holiday in this incredible location. We were lucky in that we had amazing weather for the time of year and we really could have been on the Mediterranean, it was so fabulous. Comfy bed and a beautifully equipped apartment. We are already planning our return trip.

This holiday accommodation really had the wow factor especially the views when the sun was shining! Location was perfection, fab beach and brasserie!
