Bask on the sun terrace as you gaze out over Swansea Bay from this exquisite, contemporary retreat in Mumbles. Sleeping six guests, the three-bedroom holiday home looks right out over the beach and the sea and is in an excellent position for a family or group of friends wishing to be right on the Welsh coast. Head out into the picturesque Gower or make trips into Swansea, 4.5 miles away, with its many shops, restaurants and family attractions.

Let yourselves into the immaculate holiday home to find chic accommodation with a cutting-edge, modern style. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen/diner, where bi-folding doors can be pulled right back on to a terrace which looks towards the ocean. Whip up delicious meals in here, dine together at the table and enjoy the glorious sunshine and sea air on fine days. Also downstairs is the lounge, where you can gather in front of a good film on the Smart TV in the evening; a WC and a utility room are also at this level. Head up to the first floor to find a double bedroom, with en-suite shower room, and a king-size that both open on to the splendid sun terrace. There is also a bunk bedroom here. Climb on up to the second floor to relax in the attic lounge, which has a TV. Make the most of opportunities for outdoor living afforded by the terrace and balcony at this property. Dine outside and watch the sun set over the sea as you have coffee or a glass of wine after dinner.

Pack a picnic and head out on to the Gower Peninsula. The sandy beach at Langland Bay is 1.5 miles away, while Caswell Bay, which is also a firm favourite with families, is a 2-mile drive.

The property was very clean but we did have a problem with ants. I have sent email to the Complaints Dept regarding this.

This was a well appointed property in a superb location. What's not to like!

The property was lovely. Lots if space downstairs for family and visitors. We could have benefited from a better kettle which was too small, kept switching off so we had to hold the switch down and would splash boiling water everywhere out of the lid . I did put a comment in the property guest book so hopefully this will be rectified. And one thRead moreing we weren't notified of was the construction work immediately outside the property which commenced early in the morning and was very noisy and lots of vibration through the property. I could overlook it but the vibration was triggering my daughters seizures and my sister who is on palliative care found it a bit much. It will be continuing for 18 months so perhaps other guests could be informed. Apart from that it's a beautiful property and in prime location and we are definitely considering re-booking in the future. Hide
