A detached holiday home situated in the beautiful countryside within 3 miles of Aberaeron, one of Pembrokshire’s most popular water sports destinations. The ideal setting for a quiet family holiday, the cottage offers a spacious interior and a large enclosed garden with a private hot tub and scenic countryside views.

Located along quiet country roads next to the owner’s small holding, the neatly presented single-storey property offers spacious, light-filled rooms decorated with plush soft furnishings across hard flooring. There’s room for everyone throughout the day in the lounge with a cosy fireplace and the kitchen, while the snug room is perfect for youngsters who want to have some time to themselves over a book or gaming session. Three double bedrooms can be found farther along, as can a laundry room and family bathroom. The enclosed garden will come into its own during the warmer months of the year, with a patio area ready to host alfresco brunches and suppers or a soak in the hot tub. Children can play on the large lawn farther beyond and even get the chance to meet the various animals that live within the small holding. The garage space is perfect for extra storage space and there is a wc available.

Water sports lovers will be in heaven on Aberaeron’s beach (2 miles), while its town centre is jammed with independent shops, galleries and family-friendly pubs. You can experience Cardigan Bay on foot via the Wales Coastal Path from Aberaeron or, for a completely different perspective, take a boat trip from New Quay (10 miles).

Spotless and beautiful location . However more attention needed to needs of holiday makers . Bigger fridge and freezer . Modern and more efficient bigger oven . Dishwasher better in the kitchen rather than walking out into utility room. More cupboard and drawer spaces in bedrooms . Unfortunately heating hadnt been put on when we arrived -agreed pRead morerior to an earlier arrival -but very cold . But cannot fault the cleanliness and stunning location Hide

Great location for seeing the area. Immaculately turned out family friendly property. The hot tub on the patio area is a bonus. The grandchildren loved seeing all the animals next to the property. Also, it was good to close the gates to the drive to give the grandchildren a safe play area. It was wonderful sitting in the large comfortable loungRead moree viewing the red kites. Hide
