Sitting in the heart of the Mumbles is this beautiful, bright, and spacious cottage, perfect for a large group, with four bedrooms, a snug with a Smart TV, PlayStation and games, and an outside seating area. It’s ideally located for enjoying the Mumbles and exploring the stunning Gower peninsula.

Elegant and stylish throughout, the house combines period features and modern touches. Grab a book or watch TV in the large living room, with ample seating, wooden floors, and a gas fire in the pretty fireplace. Connected to it is the bright welcoming dining room with access outside. The sleek kitchen has everything you might expect plus more and there’s also a family room older kids will love with a Smart TV, PlayStation and games, and a cloakroom with a WC on the ground floor. Three of the four bedrooms are on the first floor, two kings, and a bunk room that can sleep adults or children, as well as a shower room and hanging space. The Master suite is on the second floor; it has a super-king bed (or twin beds) and an en-suite bathroom. Outside, you can enjoy a drink al fresco and store your bikes securely.

Sample cosmopolitan life in Mumbles with coffee shops serving locally produced coffee, a famous ice cream shop, a great little seafood hut on the promenade, and plenty of bars, cafes, and pubs to keep you entertained. For eating out, grab fish and chips and eat them overlooking the bay or head out to a high-end restaurant, from just over 150 metres away. There’s crazy golf nearby (0.5 miles), footgolf (2 miles) and actual golf (1.5 miles), and stunning walks along the coast path, including to Caswell Bay (2.5 miles), with stunning beaches to visit within easy reach.

We loved staying here. The location is superb and so quiet to say it was so close to cafes, bars and shops. The beds were lovely and comfortable and it was so roomy downstairs. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it. It was nice and clean and had everything we needed.

Very convenient and quiet location - 5 minute walk to the seafront. We were two families with two cars and appreciated being able to purchase a visitor parking permit. Two spacious sitting areas with comfortable seating. Would definitely book again.

Lovely cottage. So close to mumbles with just a short walk from all the shops and play area. Brilliant house for two families. Plenty of space!

Excellent location, spotlessly clean home from home. Really well equipped, fabulous garage suitable for large car in central spot in Mumbles-perfect holiday base!
