Elegant and stylish throughout, the house combines period features and modern touches. Grab a book or watch TV in the large living room, with ample seating, wooden floors, and a gas fire in the pretty fireplace. Connected to it is the bright welcoming dining room with access outside. The sleek kitchen has everything you might expect plus more and there’s also a family room older kids will love with a Smart TV, PlayStation and games, and a cloakroom with a WC on the ground floor. Three of the four bedrooms are on the first floor, two kings, and a bunk room that can sleep adults or children, as well as a shower room and hanging space. The Master suite is on the second floor; it has a super-king bed (or twin beds) and an en-suite bathroom. Outside, you can enjoy a drink al fresco and store your bikes securely.

Sample cosmopolitan life in Mumbles with coffee shops serving locally produced coffee, a famous ice cream shop, a great little seafood hut on the promenade, and plenty of bars, cafes, and pubs to keep you entertained. For eating out, grab fish and chips and eat them overlooking the bay or head out to a high-end restaurant, from just over 150 metres away. There’s crazy golf nearby (0.5 miles), footgolf (2 miles) and actual golf (1.5 miles), and stunning walks along the coast path, including to Caswell Bay (2.5 miles), with stunning beaches to visit within easy reach.

Very comfortable and well equipped. A big advantage to have a private garage/parking space.

Beautiful house. Fantastic level of furnishings etc. Ample appliances. Only thing missing was a "Welcome Pack" or even a simple set of instructions. If we hadn't met the fantastic cleaners as we arrived we would have had no instructions for which keys did what or how to operate the roller doors on the garage. Or even where to find the primary keys!Read more 2 keys are in the lock box. For only 2 of the 5 doors. The second set is hidden from view in the kitchen storage cupboard! Hide

A lovely property. Owners very helpful and quick to respond to a problem accessing downstairs toilet. Readily resolved between us.

Everything was just perfect, my only reason for a reduced mark was due to the heating. It would not stay at the required temperature and it was cold at times this making it uncomfortable.
