The property was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. The owners are very friendly people who give a very warm welcome. They are not intrusive but are there if needed. Lots of extras not usually given in self catering cottages. The setting is very rural and peaceful whilst still only being 10 minutes from Porthmadog. TherRead moree are numerous places to visit and things to do. We packed lots in including Portmeirion, Criccieth, Caernarfon, Penrhyn, Harlech, Bodnant Gardens, Black Rock Sands, Llanberis and the Blaenau Festiniog Railway. We enjoyed them all and all were value for money. A fantastic holiday. Couldnt have asked for more. A beautiful part of the country. Hide

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful farmhouse and had perfect weather. The surroundings are stunning and the location is ideal with Criccieth, Porthmadog, Harlech and Abersoch close by. Although we found the booking process a little confusing with emails from separate sites which didn't appear to be linked, we would still book again as we fell in love with the cottage. Hosts ,Tom and Bren, were superb. Were there to meet us on arrival in awful weather and in the dark, but without any complaint. The cottage was everything and morRead moree that we could have wished for . Very child friendly too. Play area for the children and very safe. Beautiful views, surrounded by fields and hills, quiet and relaxing and within 20-30 mins drive of everywhere we wanted to go and local attractions such as the slate caverns, Portmadog, Betwyscoed, Snowdonia, Pwllhelli. We had everything we needed in the cottage, and more. Very clean, tidy, loved the quirkiness of it. There is a local Tesco within 1 mile drive if extra provisions are needed. There is also a pub, but we were there for a family gathering so had all we needed in the cottage. Everything you need in the kitchen for cooking a family meal for 8. A few games, lots of books, TV, DVD and Chromecast. Overall superb, would definitely recommend this beautiful quaint cottage. Hide

A gorgeous warm cozy cottage set in the idyllic welsh countryside. Tomos and Brenda were extremely accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We visited Zipworld in Blaenau Ffestiniog (30 min. drive). This place is amazing, we played crazy golf underground and the kids met Santa. You can also zipline and trampoline here which we've done befoRead morere but would highly recommend and is great value for money. We definitely plan to come back here in the near future. Hide

This was a lovely place to stay for a long weekend as a sibling reunion. We managed to explore a bit but also it was lovely to sit and relax in front of the fire and enjoy each other's company. Thank you for such a lovely weekend and very impressed by how well equipped the house is - especially the kitchen. 10/10
