Nestling down a quiet country lane amongst 35 aces of upland fields, this modern, naturally-lit farmhouse has retained many original features across its two floors, with a real sense of space in each beautifully-appointed room. The lounge is a comfortable space complete with exposed wooden beams and stone fireplace. The modern country-style kitchen features a beautiful tiled floor, as does the south-facing conservatory with dining area. A family bathroom also sits on the ground floor, as does an extensive utility room. The four bedrooms on the first floor have a rustic charm all of their own, with guests able to choose from two double bedrooms, one with a cot; a twin bedroom; and a bunk bedroom (children only) complete with a bean bag chair. The large enclosed lawn garden is a wonderful place to relax and watch the children run around with the dog, or explore the play area.
With Cardigan Bay, the Llyn Peninsula and Eryri - Snowdonia National Park within easy reach, there is so much to occupy guests of all ages during their stay. The vibrant coastal town of Criccieth (4 miles) has a stunning castle, an attractive beach and access to the Wales Coastal Path, which leads to a host of towns, villages and beaches like Black Rock Sands (6 miles). Tremadog, the birthplace of T.E. Lawrence, lies 2 miles from the farmhouse. Snowdonia National Park is on the doorstep, with its most iconic peak, Yr Wyddfa - Snowdon, just 17 miles away.
