A modern end terrace property enjoying delightful sea views over Borth y Gest Harbour, 4 miles from Portmeirion. Featuring a cosy living room, spacious kitchen/diner, private patio and access to shared lawns, this pet-friendly home-from-home is the perfect base for a small family keen to explore the rich natural and cultural history of the Llyn Peninsula.

Situated in the picture-postcard village of Borth y Gest, this contemporary-styled property offers bright and welcoming rooms across both floors. The airy living bathes in natural light thanks to French doors that lead onto the patio, while the striking kitchen/diner stands next door. Each of the three bedrooms on the first floor - a king-size bedroom; a twin bedroom and a single bedroom - enjoy built-in wardrobes and fantastic sea views. The same can be said of the private patio, accessed via the French doors in the living room, an area which feeds into the shared lawns beyond.

Borth y Gest is a seaside village home to a sheltered harbour and a host of pubs, cafes and bistros. The Wales Coast Path runs through the village and as well as opening up the breathtaking shoreline, can take guests to towns including Porthmadog (1 mile) and beaches such as Black Rock Sands (3.5 miles). The remarkable Italian-style architecture of Portmeirion (3.5 miles) is an absolute must for anyone visiting the area, while farther inland, Snowdon (13.5 miles) is symptomatic of the iconic peaks, valleys and lakes found within Snowdonia National Park.

Fantastic property in a great location. Immaculately clean and tidy with all you need. Two brilliant places to eat and drink in Borth-y-Gest and only a 15 minute walk into Porthmadog and even more for you to do. Look forward to returning soon.

The house was immaculately clean. Well set up for 5 people. Decoration was in good order. Great position in bay. Everything that we needed. We spent most of of the time with our 2 grand daughters at two of the Zip worlds, they had a whale of a time. Thank you

We had a lovely week despite poor weather. We were very comfortable and the boys loved the small football area. The only things that could have improved our stay were a secure garden for the dog and a more powerful shower, although a bath was a bonus. We had a lovely welcome pack from the owner and were happy they were close by to be able to meetRead more them. Hide

A really lovely home in a perfect location. The kitchen is well stocked and the views from the patio area are an added bonus. The owners of the property could not have been more accommodating and we had a fantastic holiday!
