Tucked away in the delightful village of Newton, this beautiful property is in the ideal spot for enjoying Mumbles and the stunning bays and beaches on the Gower peninsula. Two four-legged friends are welcome to join you and your friends or family at this incredible chapel conversion, which has an enclosed garden, a ground floor bedroom and shower room, and a grand piano.

Thanks to the windows and light colour palette, the house is lovely and light. Step through the arched doorway into the spacious dining room, with a high vaulted ceiling, cosy wood burner and a grand piano for budding maestros. It joins onto the living room with plush sofas and a mounted Smart TV for chilled evenings in. Through the arch in the dining space is the well-appointed galley kitchen with a double oven and feature cupboard doors. One bedroom is on the ground floor, with a wooden sleigh king-size bed, gorgeous antique furniture, and a TV, as well as a shower room with a WC. Upstairs are the two other bedrooms: another attractive king with plenty of storage and an en-suite bathroom, a cute twin room, and a family bathroom with a rolltop bath. Let the pups explore the pretty, enclosed garden and courtyard outside, while you enjoy a BBQ; there’s also secure bike storage.

Wander into Mumbles, less than 500 metres away, where there’s a fantastic range of coffee shops, ice cream parlours, cafes, bars, and restaurants, as well as boutique shops, delis, and a fishmonger. Pop to Rotherslade Bay (0.7 miles) to do some rock pooling or carry on along the coast path to Langland Bay (0.9 miles) to the excellent seafood restaurant there. Further afield are several beautiful beaches, including Oxwich (9.5 miles), Three Cliffs (6.5 miles) and Rhossili (15 miles).
