A beautiful property with flawless design, located just a short distance from coastal paths and stunning beaches. Set in the village of Pentregat on the outskirts of Cardigan Bay, it’s perfect for walkers and beach lovers. A short 4-mile drive will take you to Llangrannog Beach, a popular surf spot and an ideal place to unwind. Walkers will enjoy the coastal path from Cwmtydu to New Quay, offering breathtaking views of the stunning scenery and coastline. A 15 minute drive will bring you to the popular seaside town of New Quay, with its beautiful Blue Flag beach, clear waters and sheltered harbour, this makes for the perfect day out. Enjoy a visit to one of the many pubs and restaurants or take a stroll along the front to the end of the Quay and watch the boats come in. Relax in one the cafés overlooking the harbour while keeping an eye out for dolphins offshore.

The front door opens into the open-plan kitchen/living/ dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, and fridge (freezer available from owners' residence next door). Next door to the kitchen is the bathroom with a shower and WC. The lounge area has a Smart TV where you can relax after a day exploring the area, a table and chairs and a sofa bed if required. Upstairs on the mezzanine level is a double bed.

Outside, you will a seating area to enjoy a tipple in the evening or a morning coffee. If you are keen on cycling, you can bring your own bikes which can be kept in an outbuilding on the owners’ grounds which also has a dart board and a music system if you fancy a bit of entertainment.

Very centrally placed for most honey spot attractions. A fun design ideal for most people but not recommended for anyone with a disability or over 70.

Location is very good and easy reach and move around the Cardigan area and close to variety of beaches
