Situated in the Llyn Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this charming bolthole is a fantastic base for couples or small families in search of adventure. Retaining much of its original charm with modern updates, you’ll feel instantly at home and able to completely relax, particularly in the characterful living room with its cosy wood burner. Less than a mile away, Llanbedrog Beach is a blissful place to spend a day with its pretty beach huts, clear waters and picturesque scenery.

Decorated in a natural colour palette with thoughtful touches, the living room encourages guests to switch off. What’s more, the roaring wood burner set into an exposed stone fireplace is wonderful on cold winter evenings. Next door, the kitchen has been beautifully finished offering a place where you’ll enjoy cooking up a feast for the family. At the end of the room, beside the window, is a dining table seating four so that everyone can gather to share stories and make future plans. Take the stairs up to the first floor to find the two blissful bedrooms, one of which has a sumptuous king-size bed and a stunning feature exposed stone wall. Next door is a tasteful twin bedroom suitable for both adults and children. Finally, the family bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with a shower overhead to revitalise you in the morning. When the sun is shining, the raised deck and lawn are the place to be, with an outdoor table and chairs for lunch under a clear blue sky.

Avid walkers will love the Llyn Coast Path to soak up the rugged scenery and spot rare local wildlife along the footpath, accessible within a mile. For a day out at the beach, head to the seaside resort of Abersoch (3 miles) to take a dip in the cool waters or build sandcastles to your heart’s content. Lovely, cosy cottage, renovated to a high standard. Kitchen fully equipped, lots of blankets and comfy bedding. Great pub a few minutes walk away The Ship Inn good pub grub. Llynbedrog itself is beautiful with a row of pretty beach huts. Art Gallery with cafe right by beach worth a visit too. There is a beach bar on the beach which is great. We wenRead moret in the height of summer and were blessed with good weather so spent a lot of time there! We walked to Abersoch, along the beach and back on cliffs. Great cottage for exploring the Lyn Pennisula. Hide

Lovely cottage finished to a very high standard and very comfortable. Lovely little garden where we enjoyed bbqs and eating outside. We loved Llanbedrog, the beach and the beach bar is lovely and about a 15 - 20 min walk. Our family had a lovely week here.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is very well looked after and very, very comfortable. We liked the way it has been renovated and decorated. The location is very good. It is on quite a busy road, but there is ample car-parking opposite the row of cottages. It is an easy walk down to Llanbedrog beach and onto the Wales coast path. There is a busRead more stop almost directly opposite the front door. There is a very comfortable patio area in the garden. There is plenty to see and explore within easy driving distance, a handy, well-supplied store just down the road and two pubs withing wasy walking distance, although a reservation is needed for grub aat The Ship. T Fin is a lovely, cosy little mid-terrace cottage, very neat and tidy and very well appointed with everything you could wish for on a holiday. The owners are very meticulous and obliging and take great care of their property. The house is ideally situated for a holiday on the Lln Peninsular.
