This colourful, bright, and airy apartment is set on the ground floor of a block on the Gower Peninsula. A wonderful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a delightful and welcoming space. Prepare hearty breakfasts, lunches, and tasty dinners in the well-equipped kitchen which has plenty of surface space and enjoy a romantic meal together at the dining table. Relax of an evening on the comfortable sofas and catch up on your favourite TV shows. The attractive bedroom contains a double bed, and a stylish bathroom with half-size bath and shower completes the accommodation. Leading through the glass patio doors from the lounge, you will find a spacious south-facing balcony with breath taking views of the bay and beach. Spend evenings admiring the views and sipping on your drink of choice. Outside of the building is a path that heads down to Langland Bay Beach (300 metres).

The beach is a beautiful, sandy shoreline which is popular with families as well as surfers. You can also join the coastal path which cusps the shoreline and takes in some superb views of the Bristol Channel and Swansea Bay. The fabulous Grade II listed Mumbles Pier is 2.5 miles away and has a fabulous, fun arcade, and plenty of places to get fish and chips or doughnuts. If you fancy a day out exploring some of the area’s history, visit Oystermouth Castle (1.5 miles) or Weobley Castle (13 miles).
