Nestled in the charming seaside village of Broad Haven, this coastal holiday cottage offers friends or family a comfortable and spacious haven with spectacular views from its sunny, south-facing balcony and boasts a secure, enclosed rear garden.

This reverse-level home features a light-filled, open-plan living space on the first floor, thoughtfully designed to maximize the breathtaking views over the adjacent nature reserve and Broad Haven Beach. The lounge area has two comfortable leather sofas and an inviting armchair, complete with a Smart TV and a selection of books and board games. French doors lead to your private balcony with a glass balustrade and a bistro set, and the well-equipped kitchen and dining areas provide everything you need to make meal times a breeze. Climb the stairs to the first-floor master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room. On the ground floor, you’ll discover two comfortable twin bedrooms, one with sea views and direct access to the garden, and the family bathroom completes the internal layout. Outside, the rear garden beckons with tables, chairs, and benches, surrounded by paved and gravelled areas, perfect for al fresco dining.

Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you’ll find yourself less than 100 metres from the sandy Blue Flag beach, a favourite for families and water sports enthusiasts. A 200-metre stroll leads you to the village’s conveniences, including a shop, pub, beachfront cafes, bars, and restaurants. Ideally situated within the Pembrokeshire National Park, nature enthusiasts will relish the opportunity for coastal walks right from the front door. At low tide, take a picturesque stroll to nearby Little Haven, less than a mile away, or venture north along the coast to discover the stunning surfing paradise of Newgale (8 miles). Explore the art galleries and picturesque harbour of Solva (12 miles) or visit Britain’s smallest city, St Davids, and its magnificent Cathedral (15 miles). The town of Haverfordwest, with its farmers’ market, supermarkets, and shops, is 6 miles from home.
